मानव शरीर- जनन तंत्र एवं भ्रूण विज्ञान के बारे में सारी जानकारी ||

जनन वर्तमान जीवों (जनकों) से उसी जाति की नई व्यष्टियों के उत्पन्न होने की प्रक्रिया है।
जनन के प्रकार
सजीव में जनन, मुख्यत: दो प्रकार से होता है:
अलैंगिक जनन (Asexual reproduction)
लैंगिक जनन (Sexual reproduction)
अलैंगिक जनन में संतति एक ही जनक व्यष्टि से पैदा होती है। अलैंगिक जनन एककोशिकीय जीवों, कुछ पादपों तथा बहुकोशिकीय जंतु, जैसे- स्पंज, हाइड्रा आदि में पाया जाता है।
लैंगिक जनन में दो अलग अलग लिंग वाले जीवों- एक नर और एक मादा की सहभागिता की आवश्यकता होती है।
अलैंगिक जनन की विभिन्न विधियाँ
  1. विखण्डन (Fission): एक कोशिकीय जीव, जैसे- अमीबा, पैरामीशियम तथा अन्य प्रोटोजोआ वर्ग के सदस्य इस प्रकार से प्रजनन करते हैं। इस विधि में जनक जीव दो संतति कोशिकाए विभाजित होता है और तब इनमें से प्रत्येक वयस्क जीव में वृद्धि करता है, इसे द्वि-खण्डन (Binary fission) कहते हैं। कभी-कभी केन्द्रक के बारे में विभाजन से अनेक संतति केन्द्रकों का निर्माण होता है, और कोशिकाद्रव्य का एक छोटा-सा खण्ड प्रत्येक संतति केन्द्रक के चारों ओर झिल्ली का निर्माण करता है। इसे बहुविखण्डन (Multiple fission) कहते हैं, उदाहरण- मलेरिया परजीवी, अमीबा व अन्य।
  2. मुकुलन (Budding): उदाहरण– एककोशिकीय जीव में खमीर (Yeast) तथा बहुकोशिकीय जीवों में जैसे हाइड्रा के व्यस्क शरीर से एक छोटा उभार बनता है, इसे कलिका (Bud) कहते हैं। यह जनक शरीर से अलग होकर एक नया शरीर बनाता है। इस विधि को मुकुलन (Budding) कहते हैं।
बीजाणु जनन (Spore formation)
  • अधिकतर कवकों और जीवाणुओं में अलैंगिक प्रजनन की सामान्य विधि है। बीजाणु जनन में कवक तंतु से एक संरचना बनती है। जिसे बीजाणुधानी (Sporangium) कहते हैं। बीजाणुधानी में केन्द्रक तथा कोशिकाद्रव्य विभाजन से अधिक बीजाणु (Spores) बनते हैं जो अवमुक्त होकर नया कवक तंतु बनाते हैं, उदाहरण-राइजोपस (Rhizopus), म्यूकर, पैनीसीलियम।
पुनर्जनन (Regeneration)
  • खंडित शारीरिक भागों से एक पूर्ण जीव प्राप्त करने की जीव की क्षमता को पुनर्जनन या पुनरूद्भवन कहते हैं, उदाहरण- हाइड्रा को यदि कई टुकड़ों में काटा जाए तो, प्रत्येक टुकड़े से, जीव शरीर बन जाते हैं। अन्य उदाहरण स्पायरोगायरा, शैवाल, प्लेनेरिया, स्पंज।
कायिक प्रवर्धन (Vegetative propagation)
  • यह उच्च वर्ग के पादपों में पाया जाता है। पादप के भाग जैसे- जड़, तना, पत्ती से नया पादप परिवर्धित होता है, उदाहरण- अमरूद की जड़ के ऊपर की कलियां, पत्थर चट्टा (Byophylluni) की पत्तियों की कलियां, अन्य उदाहरण- प्याज, केला, लहसुन, जलकुंभी।
दाब लगाना (Layering)
  • दाब लगाने में पादप के तने की एक टहनी को खींचकर मिट्टी में दबा दिया जाता है। यह जनक पादप से जुड़ा रहता है। दबे हुए भाग से जड़ निकलने के पश्चात, इसे जनक पादप से अलग कर दिया जाता है, उदाहरण- रसभरी, स्ट्राबेरी, नींबू, अमरुद, बोगेनवेलिया, चमेली, मोगरा।
कलम लगाना (Grafting)
  • इसने अलग – अलग पादपों के दो भागों को आपस में एक साथ इस प्रकार जोड़ा जाता है कि वे संयुक्त होकर एक पादप के रूप में विकसित होते हैं, जो भाग दूसरे पौधे के ऊपर लगता है, उसे कलम (Scion) कहते हैं तथा जिस पौधे पर कलम बाँधा जाता है उसे स्कंध (Stock) कहते हैं। दोनों पादपों के एधा (Cambium) एक दूसरे के संपर्क में आने चाहिए। उदाहरण, नींबू पर संतरे का स्कन्ध, नींबू, अंगूर, गुलाब आदि।
सूक्ष्म प्रवर्धन
  • संश्लेषित माध्यम में कोशिकाओं तथा ऊतकों द्वारा किसी पादप की उत्पत्ति को सूक्ष्म प्रवर्धन कहते हैं। इस विधि में माध्यम (Medium) महत्वपूर्ण होता है क्योंकि इसमें वृद्धि के लिए आवश्यक पोषक तत्व तथा हार्मोन पाए जाते हैं। एक कोशिका या ऊतक को किसी उपयुक्त कृत्रिम माध्यम में विसंक्रमित अवस्था (Sterile conditions) में स्थानांतरित किया जाता है। ऊतक तीव्र वृद्धि वाले कोशिकीय पुंज (Cellular masses) में विकसित होता है, जिसे कैलस कहते हैं। कैलस को वृद्धि तथा विभेदन के लिए अन्य माध्यम में स्थानांतरित किया जाता है, जो छोटे पादपक बनाते हैं। ये पादपक (Plantle) मिट्टी या गमलों में लगाए जाते हैं, जहाँ पर वे परिपक्वता तक वृद्धि करते हैं।
  • ऊतक संवर्धन तकनीक का उपयोग शोभनीय पादपों जैसे-आर्किड (शतावरी), डहेलिया तथा कर्नेशन के उत्पादन के लिए किया जाता है।
अनिषेक जनन (Parthenogenesis)
  • यह अनिषेचित अंडे से एक जीव के विकास की क्रिया है। इस प्रकार के फूलों में बीज नहीं होते हैं।
लैंगिक जनन (Sexual Reproduction)
  • लैंगिक जनन के लिए दो अलग अलग लिंगों नर और मादा का होना आवश्यक है।
  • जिन जीवों में नर एवं मादा जनन अंग अलग-अलग होते हैं उसे एक लिंगी (Unisexual) कहते हैं।
  • ऐसे जीव, जिनमें नर और मादा जनन अंग एक ही जीव में पाए जाते हैं, उसे द्विलिंगी (Bisexual) या हर्मोफ्रोडाइट कहते हैं, उदाहरण- फीताकृमि, केंचुआ, तारामीन (Starfish)आदि ।
  • जनद (Gonads) प्राथमिक लैंगिक अंग होते हैं। जनद अर्धसूत्री विभाजन द्वारा युग्मक (Gamety) बनाते हैं।
  • वृषण नर जनद होता है जो शुक्राणुओं को पैदा करता है।
  • अंडाशय, मादा जनद है, जो अंडे या अंडाणुओं को पैदा करता है।
  • लैंगिक जनन का प्रारंभ दो अलग युग्मकों (Gemates) के सम्मिलन से होता है, जिसे निषेचन (Fertilisation) कहते हैं। इसमें शुक्राणु नर युग्मक तथा अंडाणु मादा युग्मक के निषेचन के बाद एक युग्मनज (Zygote) बनाता है जो एक नए जीव में विकसित होता है।
  • अकशेरूकीय मछलियों तथा उभयचरों में निषेचन सामान्यत: शरीर से बाहर होता है, इसे बाह्य निषेचन कहते हैं।
  • सरीसृप, पक्षियों तथा स्तनधारियों (मानव सहित) में आंतरिक निषेचन पाया जाता है।
  • ऐसी अवस्था में वृषण से शुक्राणु मादा के शरीर में स्थानांतरित होते हैं, जहाँ निषेचन पूर्ण होता है।
  • यह स्थानांतरण संगम या मैथुन (Copulation) के चरमोत्कर्ष (Climax) के समय होता है।
  • संगम से संबद्ध संरचनाओं को मैथुनांग या सहायक लैंगिक अंग (Accessory sex organ) कहते हैं।
  • लैंगिक जनन, संततियों में गुणों की विविधताओं को बढ़ावा देता है क्योंकि इसमें दो विभिन्न तथा लैंगिक असमानताओं वाले जीवों से आए युग्मकों का संलयन होता है।
पौधों में लैंगिक जनन
  • अधिकतर पौधे उभयलिंगी होते हैं, जिसमें नर और मादा जननांग एक ही पौधों में पाए जाते हैं। पादपों का जननीय भाग पुष्प होता है। पुष्प के विभिन्न भाग होते हैं- बाह्यदल (Sepals), दल (पंखुडियां–Petals), पुंकेसर (Stamen), अंडप (Carpel).
  • बाह्यदल प्राय: हरा तथा दल (Petals) रंगीन और शोभनीय होते हैं।
  • पुंकेसर तथा अंडप, जनन भाग होते हैं। प्रत्येक पुंकेसर में एक वृंत (Stalk) होते हैं, जिसे तंतु (Filament) कहते हैं तथा एक चपटा शीर्ष जिसे परागकोष (Anther) कहते हैं, पाया जाता है। परागकणों (Pollen grains) की उत्पत्ति परागकोष में होती है। प्रत्येक परागकण से दो नर युग्मक बनते हैं।
  • अंडप (Carpel) के तीन प्रमुख भाग होते हैं- नीचे का फूला हुआ भाग अंडाशय (Ovary) ऊपर वाला चपटा भाग वर्तिकाग्र (Stigma) तथा मध्य में लंबी वर्तिका (Style) होती है। अंडाशय (Ovary) में बीजांड (Ovules) होते हैं।
  • प्रत्येक बीजांड में एक अंडा होता है जो मादा युग्मक है।
  • पौधे में नर तथा मादा युग्मकों का संलयन तब होता है, जब परागकण उसी पुष्प या दूसरे पुष्प से स्थानांतरित होते हैं।
  • परागण (Pollination)- परागकणों का परागकोष से वर्तिकाग्र तक के स्थानांतरण को परागण कहते हैं। परागकणों के स्थानांतरण के अनेक माध्यम हैं जैसे- वायु, जल कीट आदि।
  • परागण दो प्रकार के होते हैं:
  1. स्वपरागण (Self poIIination): किसी पुष्प के परागकोष से उसी पुष्प के या उस पौधे के अन्य पुष्प के वर्तिकाग्र तक परागकणों का स्थानांतरण स्वपरागण कहलाता है।
  2. पर-परगण (Cross pollination): एक पुष्प के परागकोष से उसी जाति के दूसरे पौधों के पुष्प के वर्तिकाग्र तक परागकणों का स्थानांतरण पर-परागण कहलाता है।

पौधों में निषेचन (Fertilisationin Plant)

  • पौधों में परागण के बाद निषेचन होता है। जब परागकण वत्तिकाग्र में एकत्रित हो जाते हैं तब उनका अंकुरण होता है, उसमें से एक नली जो वर्त्तिका में प्रवेश करती है उसे परागनलिका (Pollen tube) कहते हैं। यह नलिका वर्तिका से होते हुए, बढ़कर अण्डाशय तक पहुंचती है, जहाँ बीजांड स्थित होता है। पराग नलिका एक सूक्ष्म छिद्र द्वारा बीजांड में प्रवेश करती है जिसे बीजांड द्वार (Micropyle) कहते हैं। बीजांड क अंदर परागनलिका से दो पुंयुग्मक (Pollengrains) भ्रूणकोष में प्रवेश करते हैं। भ्रूणकोष में अंड रहता है। एक पुंयुग्मक का अंड से संलयन होता है। नर और मादा युग्मको का यह संलयन, युग्मक संलयन (Syngamy) कहलाता है तथा इससे युग्मनज बनाता है।
  • अन्य पुंयुग्मक का दो ध्रुवीय केन्द्रकों से संलयन होता है। इस क्रिया को त्रिसंलयन (Triple fission) कहते हैं, क्योंकि इस संलयन क्रिया में तीन केन्द्रक होते हैं, एक पुंयुग्मक तथा दो ध्रुवीय केन्द्रक। इससे भ्रूणकोष बनता है जो बीज को अंकुरण तक भोजन (पोषण) प्रदान करता है।
  • प्रत्येक भ्रूणकोष में दो संलयन; युग्मक संलयन तथा त्रिसंलयन होने की क्रिया को दोहरा निषेचन (Double fertilization) कहते हैं। निषेचन के बाद अंडाशय फल में तथा बीजांड बीजों में विकसित हो जाते हैं।
