चंडीगढ़ । हरियाणा सरकार ने ‘द कश्मीर फाइल्स’ फ़िल्म को प्रदेश में 6 महीने के लिए टैक्स फ्री कर दिया है. जिसको लेकर आबकारी और कराधान विभाग की ओर से शुक्रवार उपअखबारी एवं कराधान आयुक्त को आदेश जारी किया गया है. ऐसे में अब विभाग को यह देखना होगा की सिनेमाघरों मल्टी प्लग अलग-अलग श्रेणियों में मौजूदा सीटों में ना तो कोई बढ़ोतरी कर सकेगा ना ही क्षमता से अधिक लोगों को एंट्री दें.
वही हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा द कश्मीर फाइल्स को टैक्स फ्री किए जाने के बाद फिल्म निर्देशक विवेक अग्निहोत्री ने हरियाणा सरकार और मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर का धन्यवाद किया है. फिल्म निर्देशक विवेक अग्निहोत्री ने हरियाणा सरकार के फैसले पर प्रतिक्रिया करते हुए कहा है कि हरियाणा सरकार के इस फैसले से कोरोना काल में समस्या झेल रही सिनेमा इंडस्ट्री को काफी राहत मिलेगी. वही इस फैसले पर उन्होंने सीएम मनोहर लाल खट्टर का धन्यवाद भी किया है.
6 महीने तक मिलेगी छूट
प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक हरियाणा सरकार की ओर से द कश्मीर फाइल्स फिल्म को 6 महीने के लिए कर मुक्त किया गया है. ऐसे में थिएटर और मल्टीप्लेयर संचालक दर्शकों से टिकट पर स्टेट जीएसटी वसूल नहीं कर सकेंगे. वही आदेश के मुताबिक उपअखबारी एवं कराधान आयुक्त को नियम लागू करने के बाद 14 मार्च को मुख्यालय में कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट भेजनी होगी. वही अखबारी एवं कराधान आयुक्त को राज्य जीएसटी प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए वित्तीय विभाग अलग से आदेश जारी करेगा.

फिल्म की क्या है कहानी
द कश्मीर फाइल्स शुक्रवार को सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज हो चुकी है इस फिल्म में 90 के दशक में कश्मीर पंडितों को बेघर करने की कहानी को दर्शाया गया है. हालांकि इससे पहले भी जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकवाद को लेकर कई फिल्म में सामने आ चुकी है. लेकिन इस फिल्म के माध्यम से कैसे आतंकवादियों उपद्रव से कश्मीर पंडितों को अपना घर छोड़ना पड़ा. वह इस फिल्म में मिथुन चक्रवर्ती, अनुपम खेर, दर्शन कुमार, पल्लवी जोशी जैसे बड़े एवं दिग्गज कलाकार शामिल है.
